The artworks sold here and offline, the images, content and materials displayed on this website are property of Luigia Zilli. You may not use any of the content except if you are granted permission. Any copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any artwork or content or any part of the website is strictly prohibited. Copying these items and materials is a violation of copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce any artwork and create any derivative works from any content or remove any trademark, copyright or other notice from any content. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, sell, publish, display or use any content or any portion of the website without the prior written permission by Luigia Zilli. Requests for permission to use the content for any purpose should be directed to [email protected] 

2. Shipping 
We package our products very carefully so you will receive them in perfect condition. We ship by Canada Post or UPS and every shipment is insured. We usually ship right away and it takes from 2 to 7 business days, based on destination.  Please allow up to five business days for shipping as sometime some items may be out of stock and need to be printed. Let us know if you need something in a rush, please email us and we will try to accommodate your request. Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and tax. Bicycleart.ca has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs. Any additional charges are the customer's responsibility. 

3. Returns 
We feel safe saying that we produce only quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. 
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon delivery. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the item or return it for the purchase price within 7 days of receiving your order. If isn't our fault why you are returning/exchanging the item, but it is because you have changed your mind, the shipping fees will not be refunded. If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 7 days following receipt of the item. You can do this via e-mail. For a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in the original, unused, sellable condition. We will not exchange or refund any item that we can't resell.
