We package our products very carefully so you will receive them in perfect condition. We ship by Canada Post or UPS and every shipment is insured. We usually ship right away and it takes from 2 to 7 business days, based on destination. Please allow up to five business days for shipping as sometime some items may be out of stock and need to be printed. Let us know if you need something in a rush.
Exchange & Return Policy

Please check the contents of your order immediately upon delivery. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the item or return it for the purchase price within 7 days of receiving your order. If isn't our fault why you are returning/exchanging the item, but it is because you have changed your mind, the shipping fees will not be refunded. If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 7 days following receipt of the item. You can do this via e-mail. For a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in the original, unused, sellable condition. We will not exchange or refund any item that we can't resell.
